Heat & Massage didnt last 6 weeks
The heat and massage have only been used 12-16 hours over the past few weeks. Last week it wouldnt work and after multiple different wall outlets, I have confirmed it's the unit that's not working. The lumbar strap comes loose frequently so I used safety pins to keep the tension at the right spot to keep it on the chair. It is not a 'memory foam' type cushion. More like a plush lining over a firm box. The cushion shape itself is appropriate and does well. It is unforgiving and does not give at all (some people may need this more than a cushion that has a little give). Overall it was an okay product, but if you're buying it for the heat like I was, save the money and find something else - this didn't last at all.

Good Massage Cushion
Cushion worked as expected. It doesn't stay in place very well on it's own as mentioned by previous review. That all depends on the type of chair you have. I have an erodynamic chair that has a back arch. The strap is adjustable so I was able to position it where I need the support. I looped the leftover strap portion over the top of the chair to tie it to the loop at the top of the cushion to keep it in place. I didn't have to take the chair apart like the previous review. The vibrating massage is quiet enough folks around my cubicle can't hear it. The heat feature is very nice. Very soothing for my tire back from sitting all day at work.

Does work with Office Chairs
This is not a bad product, except it is somewhat challenging to install.
Do not try to force the unit over the top of a chair if the straps are too tight. Instead, pop the chair back off of the base (just pull upward sharply, usually) and fir the massager over the base of the back, then replace the chair back onto the base. Three minutes work. Now adjust the position of the unit for your height. Mine is fine about two inches above the chair base. Tighten the straps using safety pins if necessary to hold in place. Retighten as necessary.

We had tried 3 or 4 different back cushions and none really worked well. However, this one is great. Having both massage and heat really helps, especially the lower back. Works really well in the car, too.
