Good Chair for Big & Tall
This the second big & tall chair I have purchased from OD/OM. This chair is supposedly meant for heavier people and for longer daily duration of use. I checked out the chairs in the stores but I purchased online and went back and picked it up in the store. This saved me $150. Assembly was the same as previous chair so with the help of the instructions, it was pretty easy to assemble. It is comfortable but the headrest protrudes a little far forward which is kinda uncomfortable, but I am getting used to it. Lots of chairs in the store so go and try them on for size. Then buy it online. You might get a deal.

Nice chair for a great price.
This has been a very nice chair so far. Was very easy to put together and is solid, it matched the demo that they had on the floor. It was the fact that the price was about $100 less then the other chair We were looking at, and that it was not rocking or feeling lose. We have only had the chair a few weeks, I hope it last for a long time.

Purchased 2 chairs/different stores
I purchased 2 of these chairs at different stores. One the customer service was excellent; the other not so much.
Chair is VERY large and with arms, does not go under a normal desk.
Other than that, is a nice chair.

Office chair
Solid, comfortable chair that is well put together. Arm rests are made out of metal as is the base that holds the wheels. Too bad the wheels are not made of metal as well. Main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is account one of the four holes used to attach the seat back to the cushion was stripped out but the folks back at the store gave me a new cushion so all was well. Bought on sale so great deal overall. When attaching arm rests, be sure to leave all the screws pretty loose until all are attached because it could make that process more difficult if you do not.
