    • Simple online ordering process- find your state, click on state approved template; personalize, upload your valid state notary certificate (.PDF or .TIFF) file and approve.
    • Important, there are specific guidelines for each individual state so if your state does not appear in the drop down you will need to choose a different notary stamp or notary embosser.
    • When customizing your Notary Embosser or Notary Stamp you will need to upload a copy of a valid notary certificate from your state.
    • Custom Contour Notary Embossers have a large ergonomic shape handle grip that provides enhanced comfort and control; requires less grip force and reduces strain and fits comfortably in your hand.
