- STEP 1: APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING. We will contact you to book an appointment with our technician to diagnose, repair and consult on computer related issues.
- STEP 2: ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. When our technician arrives, they will talk to you to understand your goals, and discuss the scope of the service, including what is out of scope. As part of the discussion, if there are issues that needs to be resolved, we will discuss a solution.
- STEP 3: SETUP. Our technician will 1) Perform a diagnosis to identify computer issues, 2) If the issue is related to applications and space on hard drive, our technician will remove any unwanted applications, trialware, bloatware, 3) Perform repair and tune ups on your system (hardware not included) to optimize performance, 4) Perform operating system updates for better security, 5) Check computer internet and network connectivity issues, 6) If required, install antivirus software purchased by customer, 7) If a hardware component is required, our technician will provide a quote and schedule a return visit, and 8) Provide training on how to use basic computer functions.
- STEP 4: SERVICE COMPLETION. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied. We will ask you to sign a service completion form once our expert has completed the agreed upon task. We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to help you modernize your home and lifestyle.
