Great Product!

Great purchase with conditions
Great product and heavy enough to do the job. However, some of the padding on the bottoms of the bookends was peeled back and had to be replaced. So, check the bottoms if you order them. It took two times of replacing the bookends to get 2 sets that were in good condition. These items should have been checked for defects before they were delivered, but eventually the problem was resolved and I am now happy with my purchase!

Wow...Love These!
I feel a little silly getting this excited over bookends, but I have put up with the flimsy, standard 5" bookends forever. I finally had enough of everything falling over all the time and decided to get something that would hopefully hold up the 8-9 reference books I keep on my desk all the time. These things are great! The minute I opened the box I smiled. They are really heavy! And pretty. And one of my favorite features is that they don't have the little "ears" sticking out of each side like the less expensive ones do. Can't say enough. For what I needed, these could not have been more perfect.
