Failed headset
I just received it I. The mail two days ago ,and it is not working very well, the voice keep dropping off ,people are telling g me that my voice is cutting out, and even I can barely hear on some calls ,this is not what I expected, going to return ,and order the M70 for

Worked Great for 21 months (1 year, 9 months)
I was very happy with the Marque 2 M165. Then after 21 months it began to drop it's Bluetooth connection to my smart phone. Same problem when connected to my laptop. No fixes available. I was hoping for a longer product life. The 1 year warranty is way too short.

Constant echo and won’t connect anymore
I just got this in the mail a few days ago. Since I have paired it to my phone, there is an echo on the other line. In other words, the person who I am talking to hears me talking and then an echo of themselves. It has happened with everyone I have talked to, even on landlines. Even after following instructions to fix this issue, the Bluetooth does not even show up on my phone as a pairable device. I have had Bluetooth devices from Plantronics in the past and was very happy with their performance, but I am not satisfied with this one.

Great hands free
I've had my Marque 2 for a few years 2014 now no complaints or issues great all day keeps a good charge helps for hands free when i have things to take care of or doing business while driving or cleaning house music or phone calls it does it all for me.
