Tripp Lite Switched PDU / Power Distribution Unit offers advanced network control and monitoring with the ability to turn on, turn off, recycle or lock-out power to each individual receptacle, monitor site electrical conditions and remotely monitor output power consumption. PowerAlert interface supports remote control and custom notification of user-specified conditions via email, secure web, SNMP, Telnet or SSH interface. Individually switched outlets can be controlled in real-time to remotely reboot unresponsive network hardware, or be custom programmed for user-defined power-up and power-down sequences to ensure proper startup of interdependent IT systems and prevent inrush-related overloads as network equipment is first energized. Unused PDU outlets can be electronically locked off to prevent the connection of unauthorized hardware. PDU output current consumption in amps can be displayed locally via visual meter or remotely via web/network interface to warn of potential overloads before critical IT mains or branch breakers trip.

Efficient Switched Power Distribution for Network Equipment Racks
Tripp Lite's PDUMH32HVNET 7.4kW
Single-Phase Switched Power Distribution Unit features a built-in SNMPWEBCARD
to provide full remote power monitoring via a secure network or web browser
interface. It’s an efficient way for IT personnel to distribute, monitor and
manage power in IT environments from any location. A digital meter displays the
real-time current draw of connected equipment for on-site monitoring. This PDU
provides reliable 230V power to 16 individually controllable C13 outlets
from a UPS system, generator or utility (mains) source.
A built-in SNMPWEBCARD enables full remote access for power monitoring, configuration and control using a secure network or web browser interface. Tiered access privileges allow both an administrator and a guest to log in and monitor the PDU. It supports notification and logging of all major power events and user-specified alarm thresholds using email or SNMP traps. Real-time clock backup maintains the time and date even if the PDU is shut down and unpowered. When used with an optional ENVIROSENSE environmental sensor module, the PDUMH32HVNET can also perform temperature/humidity monitoring and provide rack access notification for up to four SRSWITCH door sensors.
The PDUMH32HVNET provides 10/100 Mbps auto-sensing for optimal communication compatibility with a current 10/100 Base-T network. Protocols supported include HTTP, HTTPS, PowerAlert® Network Management System, SMTP, SNMPv1, SNMPv2, SNMPv3, Telnet, SSH, FTP, DHCP, BOOTP and NTP. DHCP/Manual configuration support offers the ability to have network settings automatically assigned to the card, or manually assigned via permanent IP addresses.
Reliable Network-Grade 230V Power Distribution
With a rugged all-metal housing, the PDUMH32HVNET is well-equipped for power distribution in rack enclosures and network closets. It provides 230V power to 16 C13 outlets arranged in two separately breakered 20A load banks. This PDU has an IEC-309 32A Blue (2P+E) input plug with 12 ft. power cord for placement flexibility.
For a higher level of network power control, the PDUMH32HVNET’s 16 C13 outlets are individually controllable via a network or web browser interface. These controllable outlets enable power management tasks, including load shedding, load ramping, programming power-on and power-off sequences, and rebooting of locked-up network devices, to be performed remotely. Unused outlets can be disabled to prevent the connection of unauthorized equipment loads.
Digital Load Meter and Outlet LEDs
The PDUMH32HVNET is equipped with a digital meter that allows IT personnel to monitor the input voltage and load level in real time (either locally or remotely). The meter helps ensure the PDU is used at maximum capacity without danger of overload. Each outlet has an LED that illuminates to confirm power on/off status.
Versatile Mounting OptionsThe PDUMH32HVNET has removable mounting flanges that support 2U (horizontal) mounting in 2- and 4-post racks. It’s also suitable for wall-mounting and under-counter mounting. The housing is reversible to face the front or back of the rack.
TAA-Compliant for GSA Schedule PurchasesThe B055-001-USB-VA is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) for GSA Schedule purchases.
2-Year Warranty and Environmentally Responsible DesignThe PDUMH32HVNET comes with a 2-year warranty. It’s manufactured in compliance with strict RoHS specifications, reflecting Tripp Lite’s commitment to environmental responsibility.
