Correct wrist and typing posture is essential to preventing carpal tunnel and this keyboard tray comes with a gel wrist rest pad to reduce strain and soreness while typing and using the mouse. The mouse platform includes a pad with wrist rest, and the pad can be placed on the left or right side of the keyboard tray.
