Rated 5 out of 5 by Will from everything i was hoping for this is a hard monitor to find these days so i was extremely excited to finally see it in stock at office depot. I've had it for about a week now and still not over how cool it is. i use this for productivity - hooking up to my laptop docking station and using the big screen for looking at multiple office applications, and then switching over to my home pc for gaming: shooters, some sim racing. and for all of those applications it's been absolutely fantastic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by NUTHINK from INCREDIBLE monitor! Purchased with concern do to the bad reviews. Glad I did purchase, not sure what went wrong with the other reviewers but my monitor is amazing best I have ever had, Zero issues! As well this one is future proof, highly recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by DisappointedLoyalCusty from Samsung CRG9 49" Monitor Arrived DEAD In April I purchased a Samsung C49RG9 49” Super Ultra Wide Curved Gaming Monitor (model #C49RG90SSN). It was delivered on May 23rd. I anxiously waited 4 weeks as it was on backorder and out of stock. I unboxed the monitor the same day it was delivered. The monitor was shipped directly from the manufacturer (MFD: April 2020) and it is defective. It will NOT power on and the LED light will not turn on. No standby light either. I unplugged everything and reconnected numerous times. I switched outlets. I tried a similar Samsung power cord as well as a Dell power cord. Nothing works. This is a brand new product and it’s not even functional out of the box. Completely dead on arrival (DOA). Very disappointed. I called Samsung Product Support to troubleshoot. No solution. Product support suggested that I make a service repair appointment which is wholly unacceptable for a brand new product straight out of the box. Looking to return monitor for full refund.
