Rated 4 out of 5 by 1OlDaddio from Good Stuff Fairly simple to assemble. Looks very nice. I just wish it had a place to put exchangeable labels.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Machel from Poor Quality I did not realize that the dividers were cardboard...very poor quality. I purchased two and put one together, but I'm planning to return the other one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Surg from Very Cheaply built for the money We received this product and put it together with ease making sure to secure all joints with glue. The internal dividers are made of cardboard and are very flimsy. I would not recommend this product and we will probably have to return it and go with a metal one to hold more weight.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jon from Bad Rap I have owned two of these for 8 yearsand they are without a doubt the best organizer I have ever used. I have moved them from home to office to jobsites, time and again. The review comments are fair, but if you broke pieces of this unit putting it together, then you got frustrated and slammed it together. If you put it together using only material supplied then it will not stand up to abuse as the finish nails provided will loosen up and it will wobble. If you store wrenches in it, no it will not stand up. If you are handy put it together like this and it will work well and last years.....glue all structural corners with premium carpenters wood glue or gorilla glue. Use a finish nailer with 18-GA x 1-1/4 brad nails. When you nail the back onto the organizer, nail at every location indicated. Thats pretty much it. Mine had many stick-em labels on face of plastic divider faces from all the different tasks I used it for, so I wetted a sponge with warm water, squeezed most of water out, wet and scraped the labels off with a flat scraper, cleaned all the dust out/off, and they look like new. Everyone that comes into my office asks where I got the organizer, as they want one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by officegrl from Worst Experience EVER!!! To begin with, this item was disappointing as soon as I pulled it out of the box. It is cheap cheap cheap. I work in an industrial office so these guys do not notice how things in the office look and yet every single person that walked by me laughed as I put it together. Before I could put it completely together one of the "wood" pieces broke. And I mean it broke - holding on to one end of the board, the other end just flopped off. It was something out of a cartoon. Don't get me wrong, it has now been put together using tape and strapping. The guys were determined that I would have my new mail boxes. It will go in the garbage as soon as I can get it there. Disappointing doesn't even cover it, I am embarrased for the manufacturer and embarrased that I fell for it.
