Rated 1 out of 5 by bikeaccdnt from Dont buy this Purchased on 11/28. Received keyboard and mouse not working. Called Support 1st time: First thing out of HP support was to return it to store .. zero effort to try to fix it. Did not ask me if I had tried anything just said to return it. I did finally get him to do some basic \obvious checks on the system to no avail. He said I needed to do a system restore which takes 2 hrs so I did that. Same result no joy. Went to Office Depot store and they said they cant take it back because it was online order. Spent 1 1/2 hr with them trying to get it to work. The guy at the counter was a little arrogant about the whole thing like I didnt have a clue. I have 35 years in software development and own 5 other computers so my guess is I know at least a little bit more than a cashier. (Yes you have seen these two lines before) He said I needed to do a system restore which takes 2 hours so I did that. Same result no joy Spent 2 more hours after calling HP back to try to return it. They dont seem to want it back. He forced me to go through the diags again. because the prior agent didnt log what we had done even though I told him This time there was some effort as he re-loaded bios and firmware. (3rd time) He said I needed to do a system restore which takes 2 hours so I did that. Same result no joy I think the system restore gets them off the phone so thats why they always make me do this. Called back again and this time got through to a hardware person. He was polite enough but suggested I return the computer for repair. This is a 10 day turn around and I was hoping to have it for an upcoming trip. I had him review the last call and he had a suggestion. So what do you think his suggestion is? You guessed it (4th time) He said I needed to do a system restore which takes 2 hours so I did that. Same result no joy Called back again. This time they said I needed a recovery USB drive. I told them I dont want to wait and I was capable of creating one if they could create an ISO image which he agreed to. He said he would send a link in an email of where I can download the iso. Received the email but no link to iso just an order for a USB iso. Called back and spoke again with an agent. She said that downloading ISO images are no longer supported. So in the 1/2 hr between calls they stopped support for that ? What is the definition of insanity? Called Office Depot to get my money back. Since this is an online order we cant return it to the store. Absolutely useless trying to get them to do anything about returning this brand new computer. My resoloution was to call my credit card company to have them dispute the charge as the product they sold me does not work and they are not willing to do anything about it. Would give it 0 stars if possible

Rated 4 out of 5 by BellinghamWAnewBizNotPro from hp convertible 360 I've had this 2-in-1 since August and I really enjoy how easy to use and light it is. It doesn't start getting slow unless there's like 25-30 pages or around 10 apps going at a time, overall I am glad this was the choice I made for our growing business!

Rated 1 out of 5 by NoDepot from The WORST online experience ever I will never order from Office Depot/Max again. This is by far the worst online ordering experience I have ever encountered from anyone! 1. Every discount code or coupon we had was not eligible/valid on this laptop purchase. 2. The chat customer service representative promised us a $30.00 discount/rebate after I provided the order #. I immediately placed the order online then provided the order # . We never received the credit. 3. We received the order shipment notification without tracking # AFTER it was delivered. I didn't know it at the time that it had already been delivered. I have security camera footage to prove it. 4. I used chat support to ask for tracking # as I was unaware it was already sitting on our front porch. I was told it was not available. That someone would contact me in one hour or less. Nobody contacted me. Ever. 5. The first day it was used, the laptop kept freezing up, crashing & giving the blue screen of death. I contacted chat support, they said they couldn't help me, someone else would contact me within 4 hours. Nobody contacted me. Ever. 6. I called support the next day, they said they couldn't help me, that someone would contact me within an hour. Nobody contacted me. Ever. 7. The next day I returned the new defective laptop to the local store. A wonderful gentleman accepted the return. I provided the packing list from the order and printed screen shots of the errors to help them refurbish it. He gave me a receipt for my credit card refund. 8. I went to a different local computer store retailer who actually stocked it and purchased the same model laptop and took it home. No problems. It was $100.00 less also. 9. Nobody from Office Depot/Max has ever reached out to me to follow up on any of my requests that were promised to me by text, chat and phone support. 10. To add insult to injury, I checked my credit card website to verify the return transaction went through and discovered the credit card refund was not the same amount that was charged to my card. There was about $30.00 difference. 11. I GIVE UP. You win.
