Do Pencils Have Lead?
Lead pencils are often made from a mixture of graphite and clay but have been called lead pencils since the 16th century when graphite was mistaken for lead. Do Bic Pencils Have Lead?
Bic pencils do not contain actual lead material, but Bic offers #2 lead pencils made from a graphite mixture.
