An Office Depot Product Subscription allows you to schedule and control automatic deliveries of your favorite products so you never run out.
How do I create a subscription?
Once you’ve selected a product, click “Subscription Delivery” and “Add to Cart.”
How often are items sent to me?
You can schedule for items to be delivered weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, monthly, every other month, or quarterly.
Can I change or cancel a subscription once I start?
Yes, it’s simple to change or cancel a subscription. All you have to do is sign in to your Office Depot Subscription Manager account. You can edit your quantity, frequency and/or delivery date. Note: In order to change your shipping address and credit card information, you will need to cancel your order, and create a new subscription with the corrected information. If you have a bundled subscription, please contact Office Depot Customer Service at 1-800-463-3768.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your order has shipped. For your first subscription order, the price will be confirmed when you enroll. After your first subscription order, we will confirm the price of your subscription item via email 2 days before it is scheduled to ship.
Why did the price of my subscription change?
The amount of each subscription order may vary, as prices may vary. After your first subscription order, we will confirm the price of your subscription item via email 2 days before it is scheduled to ship, plus any sales tax. The price of your first subscription order will be confirmed when you enroll.
Can I return items from my subscription?
Returns will be treated like any other officedepot.com return. You can return the item to your local store, or mail it back using a free, prepaid return-shipping label.
How do online promo items and discounts work with my subscription?
Online promo codes must be applied at checkout and may be used for your initial Office Depot Subscription order only.
