Pre-Order Information

Pre-orders are offered for items that Publishers or Manufacturers make available prior to the product release date. The release date refers to when the product is made available from the Publisher or Manufacturer for shipping. Customers may place a Pre-order on-line or through a store Sales Associate. Office Depot will hold the Pre-order for delivery and billing until the Manufacturer release date. Your credit card will not be charged until the Pre-order is processed for delivery.

If you do not see a release date displayed for a Pre-order item, the Publisher or Manufacturer has not yet published the release date.

Placing a Pre-order

• Place a Pre-order item in your cart by clicking the Pre-Order button.
• When you have finished adding all items to your Cart, proceed to Check Out. You may include Pre-order items in the same cart with other Office Depot items.
• At Check out, your Pre-order item(s) will be assigned to an order for future delivery based upon the Release Date.
• Only Credit Cards or Office Depot Account Billing payment types are accepted for Pre-orders. Since Pre-orders are not charged until the time of shipping, please use a Credit Card with an expiration date after the item Release Date. Gift Cards and Coupons cannot be applied to Pre-order items.
• Verify your payment and shipping address and complete your order.

Tracking Your Pre-Order

Upon completion of your Pre-order you will receive an email confirmation with details of your Pre-order and tracking information. Approximately 7 days prior to the release date, Office Depot will send you another email to remind you of the pending order and credit card charges.
