Same-Day Delivery Terms and Conditions
Place a qualifying order by 5:00 PM local time on OfficeDepot.com, our mobile application and/or our mobile site and if you're located in one of our same-day delivery areas, your order can be delivered during one of our available windows of your choice for a fee of $4.99. Most furniture, oversized items, special order items, custom printing orders, bulk items, cases of bottled water and other beverages are excluded.
Same-Day delivery is subject to driver availability, and you will only be given an available delivery window on qualifying items based upon driver availability. We will confirm your delivery window when you place your order (subject to credit approval and product availability). Available weekday delivery windows begin at 10:00 AM local time (if order is placed by 7:00 PM local time the previous day) until 8:00 PM local time (if order is placed by 5:00 PM local time current day). Due to weekend store hours, not all delivery windows are available in all stores during weekend hours. Available weekend delivery windows will be noted at Checkout. We will also send an email to you when the delivery is on the way.
If our delivery partner attempts delivery but you are not available, the order will be returned to the store. If the delivery is refused, the order will be canceled and you will be issued a full refund. If the order was refused because the product was damaged or defective and you wish to have a replacement, a new order will be delivered with no additional delivery fee.
Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice. If any delivery is prevented or delayed by any act or condition beyond our reasonable control, Office Depot shall give prompt notice to you of such condition and shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery is made as soon thereafter as possible.
