Self-service printing, faxing & scanning
Self-service printing offers a quick, convenient way to make copies, send a fax, or scan documents — no line, no staff assistance needed. Dedicated kiosks are available during store hours and walk you through each step on screen.

Getting started

  • Find the self-service kiosk near the Print Center.
  • Choose what you need: Copy, Fax, or Scan.
  • Get your document into the kiosk — three ways to do it:
    1. Insert a USB drive
    2. Upload from email or a cloud account (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive)
    3. Print directly from your phone using the Office Depot app
  • Pay at the kiosk with a card — no cash needed.
  • Collect your printed pages, sent fax confirmation, or scanned file at the kiosk.
