Awful customer service!! The manager in print has very bad attitude and awful customer service skills. He allowed someone to go in front of 2 Hispanic women that had been waiting over 15 minutes in line as if we DID NOT MATTER! I asked why and was told his department he can do what he wants!!

Due to COVID-19 I was unable to return to the store in a timely manner. When I had a chance to return to the store they stated that they wouldn’t return my unopen item. What garbage is that?! With all that is going on in Montgomery you would think the store would show some leniency! They just lost a customer and I donated the $80 keyboard to the poor.

Tawana the store manager was very rude! I was returning a unused software that I cannot use because my laptop don’t have a place for a disc. I explained this to her and said that I can’t use it she, started pecking on her computer and didn’t say anything else I ask her if she was working on something for me she said NO. I said well what am I supposed to do with something I can’t use she said “You’ll be ok”!! She need some customer service training. I will never return to this location ever again

Friendly helpful staff. Store was clean and well organized. We found what we needed and checked out quickly with no fuss or waiting.
