Bought a computer for my wifes schooling here a little over a year ago for $700 and the charge port broke and computer is running very slow. I purchased the extended warranty as well. They don't keep any records of receipts for longer than a year! Well than dont sell extended warranties if you can't go back 3 years, duh! They quoted 450 dollars to fix just the charging port not including parts, meridian computer quoted 125 with parts. The tall kid in the IT department was rude to my wife and gave her the wrong charging cord back after looking at the computer. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN, And letting all my friends know to go elsewhere! I don't write bad reviews often but I find this necessary. She needs her computer and I can't afford to buy one every year.

Brad in the print & copy department provides excellent customer service. He was very helpful over the phone and in person. As a matter of fact, I use this store regularly and everyone seems very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Worst service in town. All of the employees standing at the front and ignoring customers. Only guy that helped a customer, chased her through the store because she was in short shorts. I will have to to take my $1000 elsewhere.

Couldn't find my 3-hole punch at home and Office Depot let me use the one in their copy center. Nice! And we ended up finding some great extended Black Friday deals, too! Happy customer. 😁
