The absolute worst customer experience ever. I bought a Lenovo laptop in late 2019 as a student at National Louis University. I purchased all the extended warranty and service plans. When my computer had a problem and brought it in to be serviced the only tech person was not available having a deadline for the next day I purchased another computer. When I contacted the store the following week and finally got a hold of the tech who sold me the computer he asked me the problem and from my answer of it would not start said he was not able to help me. He didn't even see the computer and said I cant help you. What was the purpose of insurance, I had not even removed it from my bag when the technology specialist Troy Patterson said he couldn't help me. The second computer I bought could not handle the same gaming requirements I needed but again sorry you bought the wrong computer what do you want me to do about it was the answer I received. I expressed my need and was assured it would meet my needs. Every time I down load a game my Lenovo crashes. No one at this store cared just give me your thousand dollars and buy warranty and service plans that mean absolutely nothing . I still never understood why I bought the workonomy warranty. I work around the corner but from this experience I will never step foot in this place instead I will use Best Buy for all my paper and office needs as well as electronic help.

Total incompetence. There was a line of people and 2 people working. Regular register was closed, so both at print counter. I came to pick up an order, had received email confirmation it was ready. Male employee says it "isn't ready but I can print it right now." Then he proceeds to walk away and leave me standing there and waits on 6 other people. The female employee then gives attitude when I asked her if he had released the job. I remembered why I don't usually go to this location.

Chicago branch office conveniently located near the intersection of Grand and Orleans. Ample parking available at this location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Merchandise was well organized and in stock. Would definitely visit again.

Terrible customer service. Literally heard an employee making fun of a customer. The employee who helped me was rude. Kind of unbelievable

Pleasantly surprised! I bought two items on separate days one was binder tabs and the other was a wireless mouse. The tabs were too small and the wireless mouse made my wrist start hurting due carpal tunnel. I had thrown out the packaging and receipt for the mouse but decided to try returning anyway. Nick, was awesome! He helped me with both returns and refunded me my money of $30! I was so glad I gave it a shot! Omg. Thanks brother Nick! 🙌🏼🤙🏼
