Very rude and unprofessional service by Anita. At first told us one thing. When we returned later to make the purchase, she completely changed what she said. Instead of offering any help, she shot back and stated that she never said such a thing. Instead of being helpful or offering us other options, they basically said they're was nothing for us. Will not be returning.

Fabulous service, beyond the call of duty. I bought a desk that wasn't in stock. The operations manager Kevin McKay called the Westland store and they had it. He said it was only a few minutes out of the way on his commute and volunteered pick it up himself and bring it in the next day. Sure enough, he had it for me the next morning. Great manager, great store.

Great experience overall. Ordered a monitor and keyboard online from Office Max and got a notification it was ready for pickup 15 minutes later! Upon arrival, I clicked a button that I was there and immediately an employee brought my items out. Way better experience than other retailers!

Very impressed. After a cashier's mistake caused my daughter's order to be cancelled, the manager figured out what happened, fixed the problem, and offered my daughter a discount. They did all of this in minutes. Anyone can make a mistake--but if you can admit it and fix it right away, well that's really terrific.
