Recently I purchased a chair from this location (purchased online with the pick up from store option) and when I arrived the chair came out pre-assembled which I found odd, upon bringing it home and inspecting the chair it's clear that this isn't new and has obvious signs of wear, furthermore when I looked over the paperwork I received no packaging or manuals, no tools to service the chair with either, just my extended warranty and a receipt of purchase, if you can call it that. And since I was not given the original packaging I cant even make use of the manufacturers warranty. I understand selling floor models at a discount but that is not what happened here and in the moment I didn't notice it's state, it was loaded up quickly and the employee was vague on the details. Also I was not given the original packaging or the tools to disassemble the chair so I technically cannot return this chair in the condition that their return policy stipulates. The only silver lining is that the employees have all been friendly any time I have entered this store. Edit: I was never told before accepting the chair that it was a floor model.

I just wanted to say you have a gem of a Manager. Gideen was so professional from our first conversation tell he finished my project he worked on. I needed detailed copying and scanning done tonight (9/25/19) and the girl that greeted me at the door was so kind and helpful and LizBeth back at copying area was so patient and helpful and professional. Kathryn is always sooo professional, kind and helpful, too!This is where I will always go for copying/printing/scanning needs.

Extremely poor customer service. Give a card to email a printing request at about 1pm. Was told they are open to 9pm. I emailed request at 5:01pm and came to the store at 6:30 and was told “ we don’t print the orders until the next day”. No where in the response email or by the original email were those “rules” explained. I am buying a printer to do my own and buying everything else from amazon. I suggest you do the same.
