Serena is a great worker! There's a big difference still shopping online vs shopping in stores. One thing you don't get online is the great customer service. Serena helped me with a confusion I had with a product and effortlessly cleared it up.

Id give this store a negative 0 because the service we got she did t know wht she was talking about. We bought a desktop and were suppose to get an 8g the box said 8g but when it installed it didnt match..... she was rude and didnt know wht she was tslking about!!!!!!!! If u go there for desktop dont!!!!!!!!

I came in to Store 2628 on Disc. I needed to print one email. That's it. Both Denise and Kat had me wait over 20mins (plus others in line) while they sat chatting. When I finally spoke up Kat told me to use the self serve and pointed to some directions. POOR, RUDE, TERRIBLE service. I went to FedEx down the street was helped in seconds and they didn't even charge me.

I am so grateful to Payton, Anthony and Charis that I am going to do an actual YouTube video to explain my idiocy and their patience. It has to do with a desk I SHOULD have hired someone to put together for me and didn't. The desk is wonderful, the staff is wonderful, the price was great - but it was ME that was the problem. Note: Accountants/Musicians/IT ladies should NOT assume they can put together a desk. Bad assessment.

Call center is in South America. They tried. to get me to pay twice for a computer I ordered on the web. I don't trust them as they couldn't find my order and I was unable to log into my sccount
