I have been going to the Office Max in Lancaster PA for quite some time now. I did a lot of research and with the help of one of the sales associates decided to make a decision on a Laser Printer. Long story short, I unfortunately got a lemon. I had tried everything before taking it back to the store. I was very nervous that they would tell me no and I had spent A LOT of money on a paperweight!! I spoke with Tina, one of the managers of the store and she was AMAZING. Not only did she listen to my long story but she was extremely helpful and assured me I could bring it back for a refund. Wonderful customer service and they have a customer for life!!! Thank you Tina and thank you for being open during this time!! ❤❤

I always shopped at office max for its knowledge of items and compatibility and needs of equipment. Went to the store today and bought a printer that needs to be Bluetooth. Bought the printer and of course you can’t be near a register to see the new rules and not informed of them as a curtesy. The new rules I found out later that day when the item was not what was needed and only then did I find out that they are not accepting returns until the end of the month. Very poor service. We’re all in uncertain financial times and this creates yet another hardship. Very disappointed

Hi Disabled Veteran and just looking for a print job. Young lady and staff due to inexperience pass me from one to another not able to find a box of labels after 15 min found out they were out of stock. Print department then charge me $224 for a job that cost me previously for $50. Staff is untrained manager us plain rude and insulting. Avoid this store shop at your peril.
