This place is the worst! Please do not come to this store for the printing department if you don’t have more than an hour to spend here. You can tell the 5 star reviews are fake! The line is long there’s always just one person per department. The cashier was so dull. Only one employee helping and the machines in the self serve printing station takes like 20 minutes to print 4 copies. Absolutely not worth it! Ugh! Extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning here!

I will be filing a complaint against this office Depot. I went to this location to fax. The chubby black guy at the register was extremely RUDE to me after l spent an expensive amount of money just to fax some documents. Not knowledgeable about the pricing of faxing documents, depends on the amount of pages you need to fax off (first time). With the amount I spent, I might as well BUY a fax machine. He was rushing me at the counter to pay, as if I need to hurry up so I can get out of his face. Also pointing out how many pages I faxed saying "what you thought the price was going to be." I spoke to the manager Nick but I don't think anything will get done.. So I will be taking further action.

Need to be clear about where lines start for the printer and fax.It shouldn't be on the customers to organize a line.

Nick E. Was awesome very helpful an pleasant i loved the locks.The manager Nick was observant as well i liked his silver hair. He jumped right on in like tagteam ,even in these times they are still happy to help and customer service was 5stars.
