Bought a WorkPro Vertical 4-drawer file cabinet online for curbside pickup. I called but no answer once I got to the parking lot. Walked in and was directed by cashier to see Krystal. Very rude lady! Told her that it's a filing cabinet and she tells me that she had to go to the back to get the order. I told her that I will be outside in my car. Told the cashier the same too. As I was sitting in my car, she came out of the store and I waved at her. But she did not acknowledge. I went inside again and she ask me that I need to sign for the item. The cashier told her it is curbside pick up and she mumbled something and told me that I need to sign since it is a large item. Signed for the item and I told the cashier about Krystal's attitude and he said, I know! What happen to curbside pickup? Secondly, where is the professionalism? Thirdly, no one asked me for my ID or pick up slip for verification. Where is the security being that it is a large item? Will not recommend this store. The cashier finally got the cabinet to my vehicle. I just sign up for my account yesterday and will not use this store again.

Very disappointed at the slow curbside service that this store has to offer. I had spent a lot of money for my office and made a mistake getting it from office depot. I was waiting at the curbside for over 10 minutes for my cases of paper and finally after calling the store, the gentlemen with the name that started with "s" was kind enough to bring it out. I shouldn't have to keep spamming the curbside button. I really hope they can fix their curbside system so we don't have to be waiting outside for so long!

Had some issue with the purchase over 300$ which could be fixed. But the manager looks at me and says "I won't do it because its some work. Told me to call the customer care. Which she thought ill walk away and customer care literally said k i didn't have to and the store can just return it and re-sell it to u. And standing in front of the manager when i say her she says i know but i don't want to do it because its extra work. I stood there and said well its $300+ i can't just waste that amount without getting it fixed. One employee stands up and tells me that not to worry she will do it for me. While the manager starts yelling and refuses to give a response and hides somewhere. You guys really need to train your managers. Really don't think that employees need to tell them to have manners. Just because she didn't want it done.

Today I went to print flyers for my two missing dogs. The man and woman working in the print shop were so incredibly helpful and kind and made my day. They advised me to use a waterproof and rip-proof paper instead of laminating for a better price and it helped so much. I have been devastated looking for my babies, and they really were so friendly and compassionate and asked me about the dogs and wished me good luck. I wish I was less awkward and told them in person how much it meant to me. I didn’t ask their names (talked to Manager I think it was but it was Jonathan & Anita) the 17711 Tomball HWY location right after Gessner on August 5th, 2020. Best customer service I’ve honestly gotten ANYWHERE. Thank you so much.
