I ordered a product from office depot online and went to pick it up curbside like they advertise. I have several health issues that don't make it a good idea for me to be outside during this COVID-19 time. I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to bring it outside to my car, called the store twice. First they said they would be right out with it. After a few for minutes I called again and they said they were too busy for someone to bring it out to my car. I finally went in to pick it up, it was just.behind the counter. Hardly anyone was shopping inside. If you advertise that you deliver curbside...THEN DO IT!!

Previously it was always enjoyable and efficient shopping. Yesterday it was disturbing the peace. Lone male had issues finding Brother printer cartridges. Online inventory didn't even come close to store inventory. Sad demise in sight?

I went to the store after seeing that they had the Calculator that my college algebra course required. I had trouble finding the calculator and I received the best customer service. And it helped that the Calculator was on clearance and in a pretty color as well. And it came with a warranty in case I had any problems with it, to be replaced for free or my money would be refunded. The store associate named TJ was the most helpful and she went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed with ease. I have not had such great customer service in my life and it was very refreshing to have that type of kindness as a customer. She recommended the rewards program and I definitely signed up after that great experience. And it will bring a lot of savings as a college student. I will always come back to the store and recommend it to my classmates.
