I had a very nice experience with Office Depot at University Village. The Solutions Architect (I hope I remember it correct) John was very nice, helpful and engaging. I had a pretty complicated printing job and then ran into some issues with packing and shipping. He always offers very useful tips and solutions. During my time there, I can see he always treated customers warmly with a big smile and got things done in seconds.

Manager needs to be trained with a customer first attitude. Made me wait on a chair I wanted to buy, never showed up and then said nothing when I was in line with a different chair (could not get his help on the first) and I commented that he had not shown up. He just wanted to sell insurance for the new chair I bought.

I bought a very inexpensive chair that was defective. The service I received to make sure I got the chair I needed was outstanding. I appreciated that they took the time to make sure I got a replacement on a very inexpensive item. Great!
