Great service, friendly staff, decent selection of most items in stock. I called to inquire if they had the items in stock for the online price and the person who answered my call was extremely helpful and able to provide the answer quickly. Upon arriving at the store, I was able to find what I needed and the person who answered my call recognized that I was the one who called when he saw me carrying the items. That's pretty good customer service. I definitely appreciate Dana who assisted me and hope this review helps the next customer! Great location, easy access. Free, large parking lot and bus stop close by, walkable area!

I wanted to buy a chair in this store and the employee said, "they can not the sell the product since they have only one left, it is for show only". the other employee said, they can sell without a problem but other guy didnt want to sell and block. that was the weirdest customer experience. So I could nt buy thr chair they are selling...

Superb customer service from Joan in the Ballard store. She went above and beyond to get me my same-day order of business cards! Even called me on my phone to tell me it’s ready. I tried to tip her but she said no need, and wished me luck for my business meeting instead. Thank you so much Joan!

Would not let me in the store without a mask. Did not provide me with one. They would "sell" me one. Mask requirements not posted. Just lost a long time customer.
