Don't waste your time and money on this
I purchased this and had the follwoing problems
1. It will not hook up to quickbooks
2. I called for support and was told that reading the manual wouldn't help because it was wrong and the person who had written it is not longer with the company because of the errors it contained
3. four hours of tech support later it won't work so they decided to send me a new machine and tell officde depot (who was wonderful) to take it back
4. New machine they sent does the same thing and they have no answers so it is going back also and they don't care!! A complete waste of time!
Only good thing was Devin in tech support was nice and tried to help, but product just wasn't salvage able.
