What operating system do I need on my computer for the 24/7 Tech Services & Support?
24/7 Remote Tech Services & Support can only be downloaded on computer with Windows 7/8/8.1/10 operating systems.

How do I get tech support when I need help?
You can chat with a technician using the chat box in the app you downloaded on your desktop when you enrolled. Or you can call U.S. based phone support at 1.888.315.5073. Select option 2 for tech support.

What is a CompTIA A+ certification?
CompTIA A+ certification provides technicians with the knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve core tech service and support challenges.

What types of tech problems are covered with a 24/7 Tech Services & Support subscriptions?
Some common questions from our customers have included assistance with computer settings. Microsoft Office how to's, Operating System issues, printer and router issues.

Does 24/7 Tech Services & Support subscriptions extend to any of my other devices?
Yes, with one subscription, we'll assist with ALL your personal Windows devices including your other computers and even your tablets.


An Annual Tech Services Subscription requires a 12-month commitment. An Annual Subscription will be automatically renewed on an annual basis, which is the 12-month anniversary of the start of your Annual Tech Services Subscription. Unless you update your method of payment or cancel your Subscription, the Annual Tech Services Subscription fee will be automatically billed to the method of payment you use when you create your Subscription. Log in to your Office Depot Account and access the “Subscriptions” option to manage or cancel the Subscription. Please see our Subscription Terms and Conditions. Minimum requirements to install: Device must have at least 10MB free hard disk space and 256MB RAM. Supported OS systems: Windows 10 and 11. Device must be virus free at the time of purchase.

2 A Monthly Tech Services Subscription will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis on the same date as your enrollment date in the following calendar month, unless you cancel.
