- Permanent markers are specially formulated to mark on both wet and oily surfaces.

These are not only awkward but dripping. No wonder they are so cheap.

Our office does a lot of shipping and lots of time we need to mark out old UPS shipping labels or other labels and this wide marker works great! Just a few strike overs and the label is covered. I can't say it dries that fast if you happen to hit it with your hand too early but after a bit it is dry. Covers well!
