It Works
We've had the unit for about a year now, and aside from a little glitch phone support was able to fully resolve for us, the unit works as advertised - which is unfortunately rare with multifunction devices these days. If you don't want to have to buy a new printer/fax etc. every 3 to 6 months, get a Brother!

This fax machine is a great deal for its price. It does everything I need in a fax and I’ve never had any problems with it.

Unable to connect to printer
Drivers were difficult to download. Computer had trouble finding the printer. Spent 1 hour trying to setup. Called IT guy. He was unable to make the printer work after1.5 hours. Printer will be returned tomorrow.
