Fax Drum
While I have purchased this item in the past...the price has gone up exponentially. This caused me to step back. Unfortunately, I will be returning this item along with the Toner purchased at the same time. They are both great products, however expensive. I cannot justify the expense for an antiquated piece of equipment.

I will not buy another Brother fax machine
Drum unit toooooo expensive
I have 2 Canon fax machines in my other offices and prefer them

cute ... but high maintenance
After only 9 months this unit is telling me I have to REPLACE DRUM for about $200 ~~~ that's nearly as much as the unit cost me NEW!
The toner typically lasts about three months at an expected run of 2000 pages, so that's less than 10,000 pages and the drum fails??
We are a pretty busy solo doctor office, but I can't imagine having to buy a new drum every year.
It also seems to have phone line issues that require us to unplug the unit and restart it from time to time ~ no rhyme or reason.
