The 24/7 Remote Tech Services & Support application is supported on computers running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
How do I get tech support when I need help?
You can connect with a technician through the chat feature in the desktop app you installed when activating your service. Alternatively, you can call our U.S.-based support line at 1-888-315-5073 and select option 2 for tech support. We are open 24/7/365 to assist.
What kind of products does the 24/7 Remote Tech Services & Support subscription cover?
This subscription covers a wide range of personal technology products, including computers, tablets, printers, smart home devices, and more.
1. An Annual Tech Services Subscription requires a 12-month commitment. An Annual Subscription will be automatically renewed on an annual basis, which is the 12-month anniversary of the start of your Annual Tech Services Subscription. Unless you update your method of payment or cancel your Subscription, the Annual Tech Services Subscription fee will be automatically billed to the method of payment you use when you create your Subscription. Log in to your Office Depot Account and access the “Subscriptions” option to manage or cancel the Subscription. Please see our Subscription Terms and Conditions. Minimum requirements to install: Device must have at least 10MB free hard disk space and 256MB RAM. Supported OS systems: Windows 10 and 11. Device must be virus free at the time of purchase.
2. A Monthly Tech Services Subscription will be automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis on the same date as your enrollment date in the following calendar month, unless you cancel. For example, if you enroll in a Monthly Tech Services Subscription on March 7, your Subscription will renew on, and you will be charged on, April 7. Unless you update your method of payment or cancel your Subscription, the Monthly Tech Services Subscription fee will be automatically billed to the method of payment you use when you create your Subscription. Log in to your Office Depot Account and access the “Subscriptions” option to manage or cancel the Subscription. Please see our Subscription Terms and Conditions.
