Quite possible the worst store / customer service in the area. I avoid them at all cost. The print center is manifestly incompetent. I need work done well - not apologies. They lose files, print old files and cant manage to reprint a receipt that they lost. AVOID this place.

Rewards program now very sketchy. You used to(1) bring in your empty cartrages (2) get notified by email that your rewards were ready, (3) print your reward coupon, and of course (4) use it to buy more ink or whatever. Now you bring in cartrages and you have to wonder afterwards! A good program was messed up!!!😔

I shop here a couple times a month if not more. Customer service from the employees and manager is top notch. I've always been greeted as soon as I walked in and they are always willing to help me with whatever it is that I need.

The staff who work there are very kind.. but the price to send a fax is expensive, the agent didn’t receive my fax, I had to go to my workplace to send the fax.. I don’t recommend to use the fax machine there.
