Waited 20 minutes for assistance and no one came to help. Even asked the people behind the register to radio someone. Their ink section for printers was a mess and not organized. I highly recommend trying Staples or Best Buy before heading to Office Depot as a last resort.

Absolute worst experience I've encountered in a retail business. In Oct 2019 I purchased over 3k in computers for my new business I was opening. Since then, I've returned to the location 9 times bringing both desktops back with issues, being patient and understanding each time. Every time I've left the store, I was told my computers were fixed. In every case, they were not. Last week I brought them in to get a screen replaced and was told it would take 30 minutes, 1.5 hrs later, still waiting I was told that when they opened the shipped box with the new screen it was cracked (why wasn't the box opened before I made the 45 min drive to the store). When I asked to take the computer back with me to work, not fixed, I was told I couldn't leave with it until it was repaired. I've called 3 times in the last 5 days asking for the Manger to call me back, I then emailed the Manager, no response still. When I called again today I was told that the person fixing my computer is on vacation and the new screen hasn't arrived yet. So I'm down to one still broken computer at my business.

I ordered an office chair which I was told would be ready to picked 2 days time. Late afternoon on the second day, I did not receive any call so I called and waited more than 43 minutes and NO ONE picked up my called but rather was hung on. As I am writing this review, I am still on a third call attempt. This is horrible and horrible. Why have a contact phone for customers to call when you well know that nobody is going to answer the call? This is a terrible terrible customer service strategy. I will go in the store tomorrow if they présent me with any excuse, I will just cancel the order altogether. Extremely frustrating this poor customer service

Unscrupulous tech support. Cracked my tablet screen then claimed it was cracked when they received it though the tech opened, ran 20 min diagnostic, gave estimate and pick up date. Wanted to get Windows update. Never mentioned cracked screen or even mentioned repair of it when I brought it in. Only when I got home did I notice the crack. Wouldn't recommend these rip off artists for anything. Deal with at your own risk.
