Very disappointed with this store on numerous occasions, Print counter is managed horribly, no proofs sent, overcharged after being quoted a lower price...will travel a longer distance in the future to a professional print shop that does business the right way. I would have given zero stars but it wasn't a option.

When it comes to help finding certain paper, pens, or sell you something. no doubt in my mind that they help. I was in today with Brother printer that is less than a year old, GM would not help what so ever. there are no brother reps to call, no help inside store that can trouble shoot and fix issue. GM response... "Should have bought warranty"...."Nope, we don't call nobody" I'm sure that company strives to provide the best customer experience and you're not it. Please rethink your position with Office Depot. Your lack of help deserves no stars.
