Amazing customer service. Erica (spelling?) In printing is super friendly and professional. I can't thank everyone enough for their generosity today. I mean wow! They all deserve promotions. Couldn't ask for more!

Walked in at 8:57 all I needed was magnets but they told me I couldn’t come in since the store was “closed”. There was actually three minutes till closing so I should not have been rejected from entering the store. Please train the employees at the Jackson location on better understanding the closing time. Store should not close any earlier than intended closing time.

This store is chronically out of stock. When I couldn’t find letter-size card stock card stock! - I asked the cashier if this store was closing because many of the shelves were empty. He said they were not going out of business, and that it was a good thing their shelves were empty! (I guess the customer and his needs are to be damned.) Thank goodness for Amazon!

I bought one too many accordion file folders and attempted to return one with my receipt. Two employees and a manager could not seem to figure out how to scan a product, a receipt and make a return. I will NEVER waste my time shopping there in the future. After literally spending 30 minutes of my time trying to get a refund on a product under $20 I just left as my time was more important than waiting for them to figure out a basic task of a cashier.
