Best value, inexpensive, durable, easy to use
I use this at a major local building division where we often punch holes in rolled building plans for stringed identifying tags. This really does take up to 20 pages (maybe 18 or 19 if they're thicker), and it makes clean holes with very little effort. I've been using it for over a month and it's stood up to heavy use. I won't use anything else. Easy on the hands, inexpensive, and ideal for our needs.

This tool saved my hands and wrists!!!
I worked as a credentials checker for an event and was required to punch a hole in a fairly thick plastic ticket. These tickets destroyed the first punchers we were provided (within hours!). Another (heavier) set of punches were brought in and by end of day these were also ruined. Finally this Swingline was brought in - and it was like night and day.
Had we continued with the initial punch tools, we would have had bruises on our palms & very sore wrists; with this tool, there were no worries.
I returned for a second year to the same event and the first thing I did was scout out the hole punchers! Next year I'm taking an extra one of my own. Love this hand saving tool!!!
PS the issue cited by one reviewer regarding hole placement could be a problem depending on how precise your punch needs to be In our case,the hole needed to be visible, so the punch placement on this tool was actually helpful. It keeps the hole away from the edges of the punched item because it is set an inch from the tip.
