Eligibility: The Office Depot 12 Days of Giveaways consists of twelve separate entry pools and drawings (each a "Sweepstakes" and collectively the “Promotion”) and is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Void outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. Employees, officers and directors of Office Depot, LLC, and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, sweepstakes administrators, manufacturers or distributors of Sweepstakes prizes materials, and the immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 2. Sponsor and Administrator: Office Depot, LLC (“Office Depot or “Sponsor”), 6600 North Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33496. THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
3. Timing: The overall Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on 10/23/2023 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/5/2023 ("Promotion Period"), but entry into each individual Sweepstakes begins on the day the Sweepstakes is announced during the Promotion Period and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 11/5/2023. Unless otherwise stated, all times are in Eastern Time. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter: At the beginning of the Promotion, Sponsor will announce the Promotion by posting an announcement (the "Announcement") on each of Office Depot’s Social Media Platform profiles, located at www.facebook.com/OfficeDepot, https://twitter.com/officedepot, https://www.linkedin.com/company/3114/, https://www.instagram.com/officedepot/, https://www.youtube.com/officedepot, https://www.tiktok.com/@officedepot, https://www.threads.net/@officedepot or https://www.pinterest.com/officedepot/ (each a “Page”). In the Announcement, participants will be directed to https://www.officedepot.com/l/marketing/giveaways (“Promotion Website”) where they can enter each Sweepstakes for a chance to win one prize throughout the entire Promotion. Each day from October 23 through November 3, Sponsor will announce one Sweepstakes and the prize for that Sweepstakes on the Pages. Once a Sweepstakes has been announced, eligible entrants may enter that Sweepstakes and any previously announced Sweepstakes (as long as they have not previously entered such Sweepstakes) by completing the online the entry form for each Sweepstakes they wish to enter, including designating the specific Sweepstakes they wish to enter. Limit one (1) entry per participant into each of the Sweepstakes.
To be eligible, each Sweepstakes entry must have a valid email address, phone number, and mailing address. Sponsor is not responsible for change of email address, telephone number or mailing address. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove any entries deemed inappropriate, pornographic, lewd, offensive or for any legal reason, in its sole discretion. 5. Winner Selection: At the close of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) entrant from each of the twelve Sweepstakes as the potential winner. A potential winner may not be selected as the winner in more than one Sweepstakes, so once an entrant is selected as a potential winner in a Sweepstakes, (s)he will not be eligible as a potential winner in any subsequent Sweepstakes drawings. A potential winner will not be a prize winner until he/she has completed the winner verification process detailed in Rule 6, below. There will be a maximum of one (1) winner (subject to verification) for each Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each Sweepstakes. The potential winner from each Sweepstakes will be notified by email on or about November 10. If the potential winner does not respond as directed within forty-eight (48) hours of sending of the notification email, or if not verified as eligible and in compliance with these Official Rules, he/she forfeits prize. On the day each Sweepstakes begins, the specific prize descriptions and values for the prize in that Sweepstakes will be set forth on the Sweepstakes entry page located at https://www.officedepot.com/l/marketing/giveaways. Prizes will be mailed to the last address given to Sponsor by the potential winner (either in their entry, or in a confirmation email, or in any Prize Claim Form, as defined below and if required) , approximately 6-8 weeks after winner is verified. Undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) (together “Prize Claim Form”) within 48 hours of the date on the prize notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of winner and winner agrees to sign required tax reporting forms if requested, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are each winner’s responsibility, regardless of whether prize is used in whole or in part. 7. Release: Entrants are solely responsible for their own conduct. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Social Media Platform, Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, Promotion administrators and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 10. General Conditions: Your entry in this Promotion constitutes your consent to be bound by these rules, the decisions of Sponsor and for the use of your information for the purposes of administration of this Promotion. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion if fraud, technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention) or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor compromise the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process in any manner. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible and are released from liability for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or otherwise impaired entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, U.S., WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S OR CANADIAN LAWS. The parties agree that the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any claims or disputes between the parties arising out of or related to the Promotion, unless federal jurisdiction is available, in which case the Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any claims or disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion. The parties expressly submit and consent in advance to such jurisdiction in any action or suit commenced in such court, and each party hereby waives any objection that it may have based upon lack of personal jurisdiction, improper venue or forum non conveniens.
