One of the first beverages many people think about in the morning is coffee. These days, there’s an abundance of coffee brews, from light and medium to dark, espresso and French roast, as well as flavors. Flavored varieties have become all the rage and you can accommodate a sweet tooth with almost no calories! Choose from single-serve or multi-cup coffeemakers, with a range of creamers, sugars and sweeteners to suit every taste.

Complete Coffee Choices

When brewing the coffee, it’s best to have a wide range of choices. This includes the type of equipment used, strength of the brew, type of coffee delivery and even the flavor. Select among flavored and non-flavored, decaf and caffeinated. Want to add more choices? There’s even latte and cappuccino.

All the Brands You Know and Love

Office Depot carries the top brands in coffee makers and coffee. Looking for a Cuisinart coffee maker? How about a Keurig Coffee Maker? Maybe you only have the taste for a particular brand favorite. From Dunkin Donuts, Green Mountain, Coffee People and Maxwell House to Lavazza, Eight O’Clock, Gevalia, Starbucks and more, we’ve got it covered.

Brew it Your Way

Select from single-serve machines or traditional multi-cup coffee makers. Each has it distinct advantages for the office. You may even want to use both types of coffee makers to accommodate different tastes and preferences.

Instant Coffee, Ground Coffee & Whole Beans

Instant coffee is made using roasted coffee beans. To produce instant coffee, the coffee beans are, ground, brewed and then dehydrated. Instant coffee typically contains less caffeine per cup than ground coffee but many people prefer this easy-to prepare method. For no-hassle preparation, instant coffee is a great choice but if you have a bit more time to spare, and long for fresher, richer flavors, ground coffee is the way to go.Whole coffee beans tend to stay fresher longer. You’ll eventually grind the coffee beans to prepare your coffee but be mindful not to do this too far in advance. Once coffee is ground it will start to lose freshness and fragrance. Grind whole beans up right before brewing your coffee for the optimal coffee drinking experience.

Caffeinated vs Decaffeinated

Many people find comfort in indulging in caffeinated coffee drinks to start their day or help keep them alert and focused throughout the day. However, for those who are unable to consume as much caffeine or prefer to limit their caffeine intake, decaffeinated coffee is a popular choice.Though the coffee content in decaffeinated coffee is generally much lower than caffeinated coffee, it typically includes very small doses of caffeine nonetheless.

Roasts (Light, Medium and Dark)

How do you like your roast? Light, medium or dark? How familiar are you with the difference? If you’re not too familiar, coffee roasts are typically categorized by the following: light roast, medium roast and dark roast. In a nutshell, as coffee roasts become darker they include fewer and fewer characteristics of the original coffee and it becomes harder to differentiate the origin. Whether you like light, medium or dark roasts will depend on your personal preferences and what each offers in terms of the amount of body, acidity and fruitiness.Light roast coffee offers the most pronounced qualities and characteristics of the original coffee and contains the highest acidity. You can still taste much of the origin characteristics in medium roast coffee but the flavors and aromas of the roast are more prominent and provide a balance between acidity and body. With dark roasts, body steals the show and original coffee qualities are hidden behind the notes of the roast.

K-Cups® & Single Serve

Using a K-Cup or single serve pod is a great way to simplify coffee making. Simply pop a K-Cup into a Keurig K-cup machine and quickly make just enough coffee for one serving. No more worries of making too much or not enough coffee and your coffee area stays nice and clean. These single-serve delivery methods are air-tight to lock in freshness and include their own internal filters, all to help you achieve quality brewing.
