Whether at home, in the shop or in the workplace, spills can happen. Spills can pose many safety risks, including chemical exposure and the potential for slipping and falling at the spill location. No matter what the location, you'll need to have spill control safety items and procedures in place to maintain a clean and safe environment. For initial response to spills, our selection of sorbents will allow you to take quick action to avoid any potential hazards.

Sorbent Pads

Sorbent pads are convenient and easy to use when first responding to a spill. They can easily be retrieved for immediate spill cleanup, whether indoors or outdoors. Most pads are suitable for absorbing and containing a variety of liquids used in industrial applications, including water, chemicals and petroleum products. Sorbent pads are especially handy for mopping up spills around vehicles and equipment, so that you can safely get back to the task at hand.

Roll Sorbents

Use an oil sorbent roll to clean up spills of oil or other types of petroleum products. Oil sorbent rolls are generally made of polypropylene and are an economical way to effectively manage petroleum-based spills. Choose a perforated roll sorbent for maximum convenience, so that grabbing just the right amount needed for the job at hand is easy.

Boom Oil Sorbents

For containment of oil and other petroleum-based spills on water, a boom oil sorbent is ideal. Generally made from polypropylene, a boom oil sorbent will absorb oil without taking in water. Protect the environment around you by keeping a boom sorbent in areas where there may be a potential for spills.

Spill Control

To help prevent future spills in your shop or workplace, consider investing in pallets for storage and containment of large quantities of chemicals, oil or other liquids that could create hazardous situations if spilled.
