Chad provided excellent customer service. Truly went above and beyond to help us pick out an office chair. Great product knowledge and made the buying experience easy and didnt make us feel rushed at all. Offered to bring the product to the front and even offered to help us load in the car.

6 stars! I utilized this print team for an urgent project and from start to finish my experience was TOP NOTCH! I first phoned in getting (my new friend) Jay, he assured he could help. I then came in and he and his team efficiently and effectively got me exactly what i needed with budget in mind! I was able to spend less than I had anticipated! BONUS! The manager there was kind and attentive, checking in on me mid way through. This team is fun to work with even when their busy, that's something i can appreciate! Keep on rockin guys, I'll be back soon! shame on you mean google reviewers! Be kind to each other!

Chad, the employee, was a condescending mess. We walked in looking for a printer under $100 to take home, and he proceeded to belittle us for quite literally no reason, acting as if we were crazy for inquiring. As we were leaving the store, he kept pestering us about how we wouldn't find a printer in our price range anywhere nearby, adding "Good luck, you're gonna need it" as we walked out the doors. Well, Chad, here's some condescension for you: We had a printer in our hands 5 minutes after listening to your nonsense, at a competing store down the street. Oh, and we pulled in at a fraction of the absurd prices OfficeMax charges, so get your facts and terrible sales strategy together before barraging customers with outlandish inaccuracies. By the way, put a mask on.
