I was greeted when I walked into the store. I needed to pick up printer ink for a friend. When the person came out of the office, he asked if I needed help. It must have been the look on my face. The technician, answered all questions. Best of all, he picked up the other two colors I needed. Prices are reasonable. The technicians are friendly. Parking is very generous.

I went to go get a banner redone that they had done for me before. This time i was told they changed the software so they couñd not open the file they created. The banner machine was broken and they didn't know when it was going to be repaired. The person who may know how to open the file will be in tomorrow. My question to the district manager is, How do you expect your locations to meet their sales goals if they don't have the tools or the training to provide the services your promoting? Just a question about where are your priorities. According to your marketing is supposed to be customer service.

Under covid when all businesses are STRUGGLING to keep customers - THIS is the QUALITY of people you hire to run your shop?? (1) ZERO welcome when new customers walk in... (2) Asked a simple question to a bearded glasses guy who was NOT attending anyone and his response is a STARE!?!? Instead of a classic ‘what would you like me to help you with?’ - While someone else comes and answers but also says ‘that’s all the question is?’ Have you heard of dovetail a sale ?? (3) VPVT39YP6m5ybxxf6 Unless desperate am not gonna be recommending this store.
