Very nice people. However, not one of the folks working in the store was a wearing mask. I will not be returning until you take this pandemic seriously. I am taking your health seriously -- I wear a mask. You should take my health and your employee's health seriously as well.

We recently had a fantastic experience at this store. Went in to find a Filing Cabinet for our home office. The one that fit well was not on sale however they looked up the online price and gave us that price. $40.00 saving. It was a very nice thing to do. Defines Customer Service. Thank you Anne Marie, you are a valuable asset to Office Depot.

The worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to experience. My wife purchased two office chairs. They only had one in stock and said they would deliver the chairs. ($38). They delivered them two days later but to the wrong residence. The correct address was on the invoice. I called the store and they said to call the 800 number, which I did. I asked them to pick up the chairs at the wrong address and deliver them to me. It was their mistake and it did not occur to me that they would see that as my problem. I was wrong. They said that they would refund the delivery charge, but it was up to me to get them to my house. I know service this poor is hard to believe, but it is absolutely true. Needless to say there are other office supply stores near me. I won't be back to Office Depot.

People at this store told me they had 50 ft cat 6 ethernet cables. I drove 30 min to their store and they were completely out of stock. The people who work here are utterly incompetent and should be fired. Don't bother calling this store and expecting a person with any care or intelligence will help you. They don't care at all about your business. I guess I'm stuck shopping at Best Buy or Amazon with Nashville's limited tech options.

They canceled my same day pick up order, and the manger behave very arrogantly. In the whole phone call, I didn’t hear one word about “apology”. Not going there any more.
