Horrible, horrible! No customer service or whatsoever. Customers would be in line for minutes and they won't even bother on asking hvlave you been help. Sometimes they are several people doing whatever they are doing and living customer hanging because they are worry on their own little world.

Standing in line as the next person to pick up a photo for 15 mins. Staff is extremely slow...By the time I left, the line had formed into 6 people. No one seemed to recognize this and offer any help. Don’t get any prints done here...

Beware! Online prices and in store prices do not match. Looked up EPSON 212 XL price online is $40.99 and their tacking on an extra $3. Didn’t argue about it and lowered the price for me in store. Just watch out and check your prices at this store!

My son and I went in for a couple of things. I did not appreciate how we were treated at checkout. The cashier literally handed me my bills but tossed the change. I was able to hang on to my change. When it was my son's turn to pay she did the same thing to him but this time missed and change went everywhere. I found that to be very rude. She either was a germaphobic or didn't want to touch our "brown" skin. I feel management needs to address this behavior. This happened on 9/29/19@11:33am.
