By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. A classic case of big box store screwing over their customers. I tried to make an exchange for a wall hanger as it was defective when I purchased it a couple of days ago. I asked to talk with a store manager but he was out for the day. Their customer service manager would not make an exchange and started screaming at me. I was polite as can be and did nothing except ask why he couldn’t so I could explain to my boss why I had to come back again. He wouldn’t explain why he couldn’t do it, just that he couldn’t. If you have a customer service representative that can’t effectively explain why he can’t do something correct, and then start screaming at a customer, that person shouldn’t be working in customer service. Moral of the story, they lost a large customer today. We will never do business with them again.

The cashier and employee at the printing station had on no masks. The sign at the front door requires shoppers entering to wear a mask. Staples here I come!

I'd give them 6 Stars if I could. Treated with friendliness and decency every time I am in there. I go every week, sometimes twice, and I witness employees with everyone. They treat people nicely, even when they don't deserve it

Didn't have the monitor in stock that I wanted. It was out of stock in their warehouse so they offered the next model up at the same price. Saved $180 over Amazon's best price. Exceptional customer service.
