The US221A is a 2-port USB 2.0 Peripheral Switch that allows up to 2 computers to share the use of a single USB peripheral device (such as a printer, scanner, mass storage drive, etc.) on a one-at-a-time basis. Really good for what I needed
I have two computers and wanted both to be on the one printer. This product did that for me and it was simple to hook up. Now I can print from one computer and then if I want to print from the second computer I just push the button on the product and it will switch.
I ordered this from your web site. I went to the store in Jacksonville, Fl. and the person working there did not have a clue of what I was looking for. I would suggest that when you hire someone to work at Office Depot they would have a little bit of knowledge in what you are selling. All he could tell me was they don't have it. I left and went back home and ordered from the web site.
