Horrible service. I bought a desk online & was sent a message that manager would call me because the desk was out of stock. I never received a call from them; I had to call this location myself. Spoke to an associate in Furniture who forward me to a manager. The manager lied & stated that he had cancelled the order & issued a refund. The Benton location had the desk, so we went there. The associate in Benton let us know that we would have to call the Customer Care phone number in order to cancel or be issued a refund. I called the NLR location to confirm & was finally told the truth. Customer Care is a joke as well; it can take up to 3 days to cancel an out of stock desk & 7-10 days to issue a refund. I will stick with Staples or a local office furniture supply store for now on. WHAT A JOKE!

Hung up on twice, set the phone down for 4 minutes so I could hear them typing. Not worth the wait.

The manager pulled the associate helping me to do something else and he didn’t even pay me any attention. It seems to me that there is no communication here, and that the managers for the most part are either lazy, don’t care about the customers, or both. I think the lower end associates are ok, but there really needs to be a reshuffling at the top to make the store flow
