I searched for months for a new desk. I bought from Staples and returned the item then ordered from Wayfair. I still was not happy with my purchases. I arrived at my local Office Depot which had been open the entire time. At Office Depot I was greeted with nothing but kindness and understanding. I ordered a desk and hutch that ended up being too large for the space at home. The return was easy and very stress free. When I was provided the incorrect part for the manager's desk I ended up purchasing my local Office Depot went above and beyond expected customer service. Not only was I provided a replacement part but I walked out of the store with the exact items I needed. No additional cost and no additional stress. Office Depot will always be my go-to from now on for any office supplies or other miscellaneous items I may need.

So I just wanted to let the Google world know that Jessie at this Office Depot (Tacoma) is indeed "THAT GUY!" If you value good customer service this young man is A1 for sure! He went over and beyond to help me with a project I've been working on for weeks. Even when it seemed impossible to me he did the math, reformatted the pdf and all my headaches were gone! Lol I really appreciate the hard work he put in to ensure I left a happy customer! Great Job Office Depot for bringing him on board! We need more like him!

I don't know his name, but the employee who helped me print copies of my Lost Cat posters paid for them as well. I was so shocked that I left without getting his name, but I was in tears by the time I reached the parking lot. I was already stressed about the unexpected cost of the copies, and heartbroken about my missing cat. To whoever you are, your kindness during this difficult time means the world to me. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I am a paralegal, responsible for office supplies at my firm. When you choose Office Depot for your supply needs, make absolutely certain that you are going to be picking them up from the store. The employees are helpful and courteous. However, they have a contract with a third party shipper, TForce. The shipper has delayed, lied, lost shipments, etc 16 times in 12 months. Almost every issue is as the result of one delivery driver. A driver that I have personally requested be removed from the route at least 10 times. That has not happened. DO NOT TRUST DELIVERY. Update 5-20-2020 Called to verify that our account had been shifted to UPS for delivery, rather then waste one more second with the mockery of a business that is TForce. The customer service hold is beyond an hour, the store level manager had no knowledge of how to look up the answer to a simple question, (or possibly willingness?) I have adjusted our rating from 5 stars for store level, and 1 star for delivery which averaged 3 stars, to 1 star. Please, do not waste your time with this company.

I went in for some printer ink and a few other things, everything as very hard to find and I didn't find everything I needed. The employees didn't seem to have that good of customer service and I don't like the atmosphere. I spent most of my time confused trying to look for the things I needed. I dont plan on going again.
